Pricing Questions
Everything you need to know about our fees
Your fee is calculated as a percentage of your monthly rent. For example, if your rent is £1,000/month on Filax Manage (6%), you pay £60/month. On Premium (9%), you’d pay £90/month. That’s it – no hidden fees or extras.
Filax Manage (6%) gives you the operating dashboard, owner approval workflows, AI maintenance triage, tenant support drafts, and compliance tracking. Filax Premium (9%) adds higher-touch onboarding and portfolio reporting. In-person inspections, eviction support, court representation, contractor network access, and rent guarantee are marked Coming soon until those services are live.
No setup fees. You only pay a monthly percentage once a tenant is in place and paying rent.
You don’t pay anything during void periods. Our fee is only charged on actual rent collected.
During public beta, payment setup is handled during onboarding. Automated rent deduction and tenant Direct Debit collection are marked Coming soon until the live payment rollout is complete.
No minimum contract. Month-to-month with 30 days notice. We believe in earning your business.
After 12 months, your rate reverts to our standard pricing (6% Manage, 9% Premium), or you can cancel with no exit fees. We’ll send you a 30-day reminder before the transition.
