3. User Accounts

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Filax.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

  • All outstanding fees become immediately due
  • We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning your properties
  • Your data will be retained as required by law and then securely deleted

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
